Resale Certificate
To sell your Condominium you will need a Resale Certificate.
Here is all you need to know:
How to Order your Resale Certificate:
Go to HomeWiseDocs.com
Place an order for a Resale Certificate Disclosure
Place a RUSH on your order if you needed it sooner than 10 days
Pay for the certificate to complete the order.
Don’t have a Buyer yet?
Enter TBD (To Be Determined) for the name of the buyer and your condominium unit address for the buyer’s address.
When does a Resale Certificate need to be updated?
Your certificate must be presented to the buyer within 45 days of the issue date. Any later and it will require an update.
The completed Certificate
You will be notified by email when the certificate is ready.
Follow the instructions in the email to access the certificate.
